In 1997, I started Simard Automotive and we were just a small 1 bay shop near Fairbanks International Airport. We expanded in 1999 and again in 2022 with the acquisition of Alaska Chevron so we could continue to support our expanded customer base. Each team member has the same goal; Offer each of our valued customers, personalized, comprehensive customer service. When you come to Simard Automotive, you become part of our Simard family.
Simard Automotive works on all makes and models, gas, diesel, and foreign and domestic. If it fits in the door, we work on it! Our tenacious approach to continuous improvement in our team and our skillset keeps us engaged with the customer. It is our desire to be available to service the needs of every car in the family fleet. While our Airport location works on everything, we also specialize in an advanced level of diagnostics, engine transmissions, differential rebuilds, etc.
