I am Gema Pedrajas Patulot. I am a mother of two, a boy and a girl who are now both married. I am a senior citizen. My passion is cooking.
Before, When my children are still living with us, I used to cook with them and prioritize them whenever I can. I am also a hands-on grandparent to our grandchildren.
In my spare time, I make kakanin delicacies such as Puto Cheese, Maja Blanka, and Sweet Sticky Rice (BIKO) on our terms, to sell in our subdivision as part of snacks or merienda. I also cater food packages for different events whether it is desserts or viands.
As of this moment, I still make this kakanin my source of happiness. I get emotional whenever I have nothing to do in the house.
I also have a small Sari-Sari store in the house, I sell basic necessities for the kitchen.
